WHAT TO EXPECT

An exciting opportunity to join Jaguar Land Rover’s Design and Release team designed in the UK for global manufacture into worldwide markets. In this role, as a Module Leader you will hold display technical and commercial leadership to problem solve technical and strategic problems. The Module Leader will be delivering on plan with clear direction, demonstrating a clear appreciation of attributes and programme deliverables on quality, cost, weight, and function are critical aspects of a Module Leader role.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Essential:

- Good technical understanding of EDS sub-system / component design and operating principles.
- Experience of managing resolution of business, technical and process issues within a Project Team environment, including with Tier 1 suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong influencing, presentation and reporting skills to support supplier and management reviews.

Desirable:

- Experience of EDSE sub-system / component design / development.
- A good working knowledge of product creation & delivery, product definition and change management processes.
