Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Carpet Cleaner to join our team. As a Carpet Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive to client locations and set up equipment for carpet cleaning
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs
- Inspect carpets for stains, damage, or other issues
- Operate carpet cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean carpets
- Remove furniture or obstacles from the area being cleaned
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the cleaning process
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Carpet Cleaner is preferred but not required
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Salary**: £100.00-£130.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**:

- upholstery cleaning: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
