Job Summary:
The CSO Business Partner will design and create simple and engaging training tools to underpin, improve and support store execution. Representing retail internally and externally they’ll enable and facilitate solutions across various strategic projects, work streams and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Working within the Central Store Operations function to:
Partner proactively and effectively with appropriate functions at various levels
Provide value added consultation supporting the wider business with new and existing projects and initiatives
Work flexibility across multiple projects
Develop effective communications for our European retail audience, working with the communications team and utilising Workjam
Partner appropriately to develop strategic technical training initiatives
Conduct regular reviews of process and policy, identifying opportunities to improve the learning experience
Produce European operational learning content, to suit the complexities of language, culture, and legislation
Uphold our commitment to accessibility by evolving our materials and user experience
Maintain awareness of new and emerging learning technology solutions and innovation
Identify opportunities and make recommendations to drive efficiency and improve user experience
Proactively drive own development and support others to maximise potential

Job Specific Responsibilities:
Evolve and maintain our European Retail Learning Offer in collaboration with our Learning Offer partners supporting our joined-up approach
Create, design, and update technical learning content
Help to shape and influence the businesses learning strategy’s
Access and analyse learning engagement, compliance, and completion data to build actionable insight
Effectively business partner with our internal Store Operations and wider business functional teams to provide consultation, guidance, and support
Work codependently as part of project and programme teams to provide strategic business solutions
Create positive and timely communications for store teams in relation to execution and implementation of learning material and processes
Maintain and support the management, upload, and launch of materials hosted within our Workjam Training Centre
Support the Central Store Operations Helpdesk with queries relating to learning and training materials
Support our Best Standard Practice policy update cycle to ensure accuracy in line with country legislation

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Deep understanding of digital modality and PC Skills - Microsoft Office Applications
Instructional design experience desirable
Excellent influencing and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with ability to be flexible and respond to swiftly changing priorities
Ability to build and sustain authentic relationships
Resilient and comfortable with ambiguity
Curious with an appetite for knowledge
Demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity
Effective change management skills and mindset
Project management experience
Tactical and strategic thinker
Able to clearly articulate purpose and vision
Able to champion new ideas, innovations, and initiatives
Fluent in English, additional language skills are advantageous
