Merchandiser (Accessories) - Luxury Fashion Brand

This is an amazing opportunity to progress your career in one of the world's truly luxury Brands - they are currently seeking Merchandiser that will work across our Accessories categories (scarves, hats, socks, beachwear etc)
You will work together with the Men's Merchandising Manager to play a key role in supporting our merchandising strategy for this growing part of the business.
Duties
- Partner with the Merchandiser Manager to devise the growth strategy for the categories and implement strategy through strong partnership with the design team.
- Set up and send out weekly trade reports on category
- Complete the sell in analysis, actively perform sell out analysis for monthly performance and analysis to help the Senior merchandiser defining product cycle life and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Managing competitor analysis for the category, by interpreting market needs, trends and identify opportunities to enhance the collection.
- Suggesting in-season actions to maximize sales and profit opportunities, including VM proposal.
- Manage training materials that are fit for purpose and suitable for use by our Wholesale, Buying and Retail teams - transmitting depth of product knowledge acquired throughout the development process.
- Supporting with the selling campaign, on editing preparation, catalogue management and organization of sample set before and after campaign launch while supporting during selling campaigns to prepare collections brief by setting up the samples display andscarves looks.
- Build selling documents and follow up of the collection plan.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with retail buying team by working closely with Merchandising's role as a strategic support
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing & Communications, PR, Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Visual Merchandising
Experience
- Previous experience in luxury Accessories merchandising is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and keen on learning additional systems
- Extensive analytical and numeracy skills.
- Flexibility to travel at short notice.
This will be a hybrid role with 2 / 3 days in the office and the rest WFH - the company offer a market leading salary / benefit package including discounts on company products
