- Your Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

- Being an advocate for our clients
- Actively engaging with stakeholders - managing feedback, offering constructive challenge, and learning from input
- Taking ownership of projects - putting forward ideas, driving momentum and remaining highly organised throughout
- Qualifications- Previous experience in B2B and B2C, ideally in Professional or Financial Services
- Solid track record of written comms across a range of channels and media - including web, social media and campaigns.
- Experience of implementing tone of voice across multiple channels
- A true passion for language
- A strong interest in business - and eagerness to keep up-to-date with trends and sector insights.
- Able to convert complex messages into easily understandable, engaging copy.
- To be organised and methodical, as well as conceptual and ideas-driven
- Detail-orientated, with a keen eye for spotting typos and grammatical errors, ensuring content is flawless before publication.
- Ability to work at pace - and to be flexible when the business’s needs change.
- Ability to manage and implement feedback quickly and maintain grace under pressure.
- Managing and prioritising own workload effectively Ability to collaborate and work with stakeholders at all levels across the business.

We operate a 3 (office) -2 (home) agile working model.
