Tezlom are looking to grow and take on a Recruitment Consultant to be part of the Islington North London team. We are adventurous and would be happy to talk to consultants from a different sector than healthcare who may want to bring that sector to the business but we happy to train you up in health and social care. We are looking for someone preferably with recruitment experience, be it Permanent or Temporary recruitment.

In a nutshell, we specialise in the recruitment of Care Assistants, Support Workers, Registered Nurses, Deputy Managers and Home Managers and serves some of the UK’s largest, most renowned care providers such as including NHS Hospitals, EMI Homes, Mental Health Hospitals, Learning Disability Units and much more.

**About The Role**

This role will involve working Monday to Friday based in our Islington North London Office with travel required across the region as necessary in the week to meet the client’s demands and Needs.

This will involve creating new relationships, setting up and attending new business client meetings across the Islington and Surrounding areas.

You will receive all the tools to do the job and make a success out of it, mileage paid for when attending meetings, all the training you could need to make yourself successful in this role. It comes down to you and how much you want it. We've got a really nice working environment at the office in Islington.

Salary is £24,000 - £26,000 basic (depending on experience) per annum plus uncapped commission with no threshold, with OTE £50,000.

We have pathways for the right people to become Senior and Principal Consultants too.
