**Overview**:
The General Administrator within Health Matters is responsible for contributing to the success of our occupational health service through the completion and coordination of a range of administration activities. In addition, they are also responsible for assisting management with projects and administration support as required.

A key part of the General Administrator’s role will involve completing clinical filing and administration duties - quality reviewing of health assessment reports, aiding in collating and scanning clinical records, scanning clinic documentation, and completing paper-based and digital filing activities when required.

The General Administrator will work closely with the wider administration team to help coordinate administration activities for various client occupational health programmes and services. Moreover, they will work with clients to report on service metrics.

**Role Expectations**:

- Quality reviewing health assessment reports, to ensure a professional standard is met. This includes formatting reports within Microsoft Word and reviewing reports for any spelling or grammar issues.
- Coordinate the release of health assessment outcome reports.
- Coordination and processing of physical and digital clinical records and notes.
- Collate and deliver service reporting to all clients who require this.
- Fulfil a variety of roles within the administration function daily and as required by management - to include, but not limited to making and receiving telephone calls, verbal and digital communication with clients.
- Work with the wider administration function to ensure the excellent delivery of all administration activities required to facilitate an occupational health clinic.
- Provide administration support to management as required.
- Communicate documentation and service updates to clients as directed by management.
- Undertake administration projects and tasks and any other duties as required by management.
