WB Power Services are currently recruiting an experienced Panel Wirer to work in our Ilkeston Depot. This is a superb opportunity for a Panel Wirer to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Panel Wirer to support the team through these exciting times.

**The Role**
- Fitting & wiring of various types of control panels within our workshop in Ilkeston.
- Working to a schematic diagram.
- Carry out minor electrical installations, panel modifications & fault finding as required.
- Fitting electrical components to chassis plates and external covers.
- Analyse performance and make operational changes where needed.
- Liaise with the Line Manager and the customer where required.
- Accurate recording keeping using the company’s bespoke management system.
- Working closely internally, to ensure jobs are within budget and on time.

**The Person**
- 2+ years’ experience in the field.
- Good knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
- Be able to read and understand control panel schematics.
- Experience working with generators is desirable.
- City & Guilds 18th edition electrical regulations (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Be able to understand and complete risk assessments.
- Hold a Full UK driving licence.
