Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions and records
- Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledgers
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Support the preparation of tax returns and audits
- Proficiency in accounting software - Sage and Xero
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
