**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Incident management
- Responding to CCTV activations
- Scheduling the shifts of Security Officers
- Monitoring the employee management system
- Collate accurate reports on all events / incidents and provide these to the management team

**Person Specification**:

- Maintain an excellent standard of customer service
- Be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Possess good time management skills
- Build relationships with key stakeholders

**Essential**:

- Ability to commute
- A valid SIA badge is essential (DS or SG)

**Desirable**
- A valid SIA CCTV Licence (can be acquired on a pay back scheme)
- Previous Control Centre experience
- Previous administration experience
- Previous experience in security industry

The Control Centre operates as a 24-hour, 7 day per week operation and therefore, we are able to offer a flexible range of shift patterns in order to accommodate your needs.
