Our client, a national facilities service provider are looking to appoint a Office Coordinator/Receptionist to support the their operations within a prestigious legal firm in central Manchester.

The core responsibilities for the Office Coordinator/Receptionist are:

- Performing post room duties and assist with office administration (this has become a larger task in this role due to the pandemic)
- Booking travel requests on behalf of the client
- Assisting with reprographics requests
- Performing floor walks to ensure that the site is safe and secure for the client.
- Reporting any faults and taking steps to resolve them.
- Assisting in the assembly of new furniture and in office moves during the week and on occasion at the weekend.
- Manage all helpdesk/maintenance requests from the client and ensure they are resolved swiftly.
- Providing Front of House services and covering the reception desk.
- Receiving visitors, creating passes for them and providing refreshments as well as booking taxis when required.
- Making sure meeting rooms are stocked and ready for events including ordering in lunches and refreshments.

The ideal Office Coordinator/Receptionist will be customer focused, very hands on and be keen to get stuck in to the role to develop their career. Having previous experience working in a front of house role and facilities management would be very beneficial.

For this, the client is willing to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum plus benefits package to the coordinator and is committed to developing their staff throughout their career.
