This is a Financial Planning Administrator role based in Burscough. We are partnering with an IFA business to support them in this recruitment process.

**Client Details**

This client is looking for someone who can really hit the ground running in terms of starting their role. They are taking on this new Financial Planning Administrator due to departmental expansion and organic growth in the office.

This is a really supportive and friendly environment that will test your skills and challenge you to develop your skills.

**Description**

This role will primarily involve dealing with various administrative duties around the office and supporting the financial advisers on the team.

Day to day responsibilities for a Financial Planning Administrator will include:

- Working with business portfolios and new customers,
- Arranging meetings with various parties,
- Communicating with various parties through different means,
- Providing information to clients as requested,
- Preparing reports and documents for financial advisers,
- Processing and updating data,
- Working to time-lines.

**Profile**

When applying, the following will stand out for the client:

- Previous experience in a financial services or in an IFA environment,
- Previous experience in a pensions or investment position,
- Proficiency with Microsoft office package of software,
- Knowledge of FCA and financial regulations,
- Excellent written and spoken word,
