Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Commercial Administrator to join our client, an established well known business with an enviable reputation in their market.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity where you will work Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working is available.

You will be working as part of a busy Commercial team within the house building sector and will provide administrative and financial support to ensure this part of the business runs smoothly and meets objectives. Duties will include:

- Managing and maintaining relevant filing systems and databases
- Liaising with internal and external customers/contacts to ensure a smooth flow of information and work between the department, Head Office and other internal/external departments and contacts
- Monitoring costs incurred by the department
- Ensuring effective and efficient processing of documents through Company systems, working within set time frames
- Calculating and processing payments for trades weekly
- Setting up new contracts and completing paperwork ensuring all certificates are up to date
- Running reports for Commercial Manager and Group Finance, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Sending out all payment certificates to trades and customers to allow them to reconcile their accounts.

This is a fantastic role that would suit a good administrator with a working knowledge of some financial processes including invoicing. You must enjoy working as part of a busy team and will have the ability to complete tasks accurately and within agreed timescales.
