Here at Motion, we work exclusively with **7-8 figure eCommerce DTC brands** in helping them to shortcut their growth curve and become leaders in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, optimise and manage TikTok campaigns for clients whilst working closely with our creatives strategies and aligning with clients short and long-term goals.
- Working with clients and team members to set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals and objectives and KPIs - taking ownership of those that you set.
- Analyse and optimise campaigns around client goals and KPIs using data-driven insights and tactics.
- Develop internal and client facing relationships via weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings both independently and as part of a wider team. Displaying high level communication skills including concise communication of learnings and insights, both qualitative and quantitative, with ability to lead sometimes challenging conversations and meetings.
- Create reports that showcase results, insights and roadmaps for future creative and paid strategy.
- A finger on the pulse of all things DTC and paid advertising in order to hypothesis and implement new tests, suggest new and creative strategies, spot industry trends, provide relevant insights (both to the team and to clients) and put our clients in the best possible position for success.
- Assist with new business audits, pitches, and proposals where required.

- 3 years+ of related Paid Social media buying experience for eCommerce.
- Previous experience managing paid media (not necessarily TikTok ads)
- Understanding and experience with Google Analytics and other third-party data analytics tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros) is preferred.
- Strong experience with Google Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs and Slack
- Ability to analyse raw data, strong pattern recognition and formulate insights that allows you to shape broader client strategy.
- Understanding of how different media channels work together in a broader marketing eco-system to drive results.
- Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail and flawless execution on all assigned tasks
- Exceptional communicator
- Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
- Implement best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Understands clients’ business and the KPIs.
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends (as needed)

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
