We are looking for a Production Supervisor with experience working within the electrical sector to start a full-time role at a busy engineering company in Rugby.

This is a permanent job from day one and one that will involve you overseeing the day-to-day running of the production department. This can include distributing work to members of staff, providing technical support, and ensuring electrical standards aremet and that the quality standards are always hit.

It's a busy role, it's hands-on and you will be playing a massive part in the success of this company.

**What experience do I need?**
- Some experience as a production supervisor.
- C&G level 3 electrical diploma or equivalents.
- Ideally, 18th edition certified.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- A person with a solid track record of dealing with KPIs.
