The time is NOW.
Are you passionate about the environment and interested in gaining experience in the field of ecology? We are currently seeking Seasonal Ecologists to join our Biodiversity team, who all share a passion for protecting our wildlife, plant species and habitats.
As a Seasonal Ecologist, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting our efforts in preserving and protecting the natural world. This position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to expand their hands-on experience in ecological research and conservation. You’ll work on a wide range of UK and International Sustainable Infrastructure, Renewables and Low Carbon Energy Transition projects.
These roles are largely field based with possible short stays (5-10 days) away from home. The Seasonal Fixed Term Contracts run from 1st March to 30th September with possible progression to a permanent role following.

About you
Applicants should be degree qualified in Ecology/Zoology or a related field. You will be familiar with ecology survey guidance and legislation, and have some prior experience undertaking surveys; protected species and/or habitats and botanical. You’ll be a member of CIEEM or working towards this, and possess a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK. We look forward to hearing from you
