Sia Door Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and security of the premises and individuals
- Monitor and control access to the premises
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect any unauthorized activities
- Handle any disturbances or incidents that may arise
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

**Skills**:

- Loss prevention: Ability to identify and prevent theft or loss of property
- Surveillance: Proficient in monitoring CCTV cameras and identifying suspicious behavior
- First aid: Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and ability to respond in emergency situations
- CCTV: Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting closed-circuit television systems

**Requirements**:

- Valid Door Supervisor license or certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
