Taxi Driver

If you enjoy driving, and are looking for a part-time work schedule, this position may be perfect for you.

**TAXI TRAINING AVAILABLE FOR SUITABLE CANDIDATES**

**Duties**:

- Drive children to school in a safe and timely manner
- Follow traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the taxi
- Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a positive experience

**Experience**:

- No previous experience as a taxi driver is required
- Knowledge of local roads would be advantageous

**Skills**:

- Must possess a full, clean valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain the cleanliness of the taxi

Please note the following:

- An eye examination followed by a driving medical with your GP will be required
- You will be required to enroll and complete a BTEC course (you will be fully supported throughout this process) and there will be a physical driving examination to obtain your taxi license

**You must be available for school transport hours typically from 7am - 9:30am and from 2:30pm - 4:30pm Monday to Friday during school terms.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
