**25,000 - 30,000 realistic OTE of over £50k per annum**

As an IVA Drafter, you will be responsible for excellent customer service and providing the best outcome for customers

Our established client based in Sale is seeking individuals who thrive on offering professional consultative customer service and advice to your clients to join their growing team.

In this role, you will be completing a detailed call to understand each customer's financial situation. This will include confirming details of debts, incomings and outgoings and discussing the solutions available. If the customer wishes to proceed withan IVA then you will draft the IVA proposal and send it to the customer.
- Fact-finding on debt levels, investigating incomes, and establishing affordability
- Understanding the client’s individual circumstances and expenditures
- Consultative presenting debt solutions based on the customer's suitability
- Providing support along the customer journey until the IVA is submitted
- Drafting the IVA proposal

Experience Required:

- You will need to have a clear and empathetic phone manner in order to deal with vulnerable customers where applicable.
- Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a drafting role.
- Experience within the insolvency sector.
- Good knowledge of IVAs and Insolvency procedures
- Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and planning skills
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills

Hours of work Monday - Friday

Week 1 Mon - Thurs 9.30 am - 6.30 pm Friday 9.00 am - 4.00 pm

Week 2 Mon - Thurs 11.00 am - 8.00 pm Friday 9.00 am
- 4.00 pm
