Our client is looking for a Telesales representative to join their well-established team in Brislington.

You will ideally have experience selling in a B2B environment and be able to demonstrate both success in your sales career to date and an ability to thrive in a KPI driven environment.

The role can be flexible with working hours whilst maintaining focus on business retention and new accounts.

The role:

- Sell a wide promotional product range to new and existing customers.
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Have creative solutions for our customers that will help them to promoter their own business.
- Prospect new opportunities to sell our wide portfolio of products.
- Asking the questions to engage business customers with products.
- Growing new business relationships and developing accounts.
- Thriving to create and build a portfolio of clients.

The role is Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5pm - with a 30 min lunch break.

It is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of £25,000-£26,000 with a OTE OF 30K with a competitive commission structure, along with 26 days annual holiday.

This job is suitable for anyone that has had experience in Sales, Marketing, Administration and call centres.
