Barber/hairdresser

Job Summary:
We are seeking talented and passionate Barbers or Hairdressers to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a creative flair, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.

We can be very busy, so lots of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences
- Recommend appropriate hair care products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English (verbal and written communication)
- Proven experience as a Barber or Hairdresser
- Strong knowledge of various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**The salon is large with 2 floors and 8 stations already setup.**

**We can accommodate Hairdressers wanting to do colouring work which would increase the rate of pay, depending on experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
