Morson Talent are currently recruiting for Business Support Officer to work for our prestigious client based in Lincoln. The role will be 6-month contract within the Typhoon Training Facility working in conjunction with the RA, responsible for the administrationactivities associated with student and course management pre, during and post course delivery in support of the Ground Maintenance School and Pilot Training operations and the administration tasks associated with the general operation of the Facility.
Duties
1. Training course administration.
2. Administration support to Typhoon Training Facility staff & students
3. Hardcopy examination paper production, distribution and management.
4. Reception duties including visitor management.
5. Business Support Office Security administration
6. Filing and archiving.
7. Maintaining staff training folders.

**Responsibilities**:
Operating as part of a team of 5 in a busy office.
Skills required:
Essential:
Prior experience of working as part of a small team in a busy office.
Ability to prioritise tasks
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
Use of Training Management Information System
Previous experience in a training establishment administration role
