**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one or group mentoring sessions
- Develop and implement educational activities and programs
- Assist in the emotional and social development of the youth
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the needs of the youth
- Monitor and track progress of mentees

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in education, special education, or youth work
- Experience working with children or youth in a mentoring capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate young individuals
- Knowledge of child development principles

Konnect Communities was born out of a desire to see rehabilitation becoming a more realistic opportunity for those in our society who find themselves disadvantaged by their history. This includes those who have been through the criminal justice system, as an offender or victim and those with life traumas, often leading to multiple and complex needs of support.

Our aim is to engage, enable, motivate, and inspire disadvantaged people in our communities to overcome barriers to progression. We want people to aspire to become the best they can and to have a confident positive attitude which leads them towards living fulfilled and resilient lives. Our mission is to deliver real change that lasts.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £23,832.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
