This is an exciting opportunity for a Staff Recruitment Assistant or Administrator to join the Staff Recruitment team within Staff Recruitment, Payroll & Pension Services (SRPPS).

**About You**

As** **Staff Recruitment Assistant or Administrator, you will:

- Have experience of delivering efficient and effective customer service
- Have attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Be organised and able to prioritise own workload
- Proven team working skills
- Good IT skills and confidence in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel with the ability to learn, embrace and use digital technology and database systems
- Be able to use initiative, carry out research and contribute ideas to improve processes and adapt to changing legislative requirements
- Be a resilient, flexible problem solver; able to remain calm under pressure whilst recognising and adapting readily to changing priorities
