Warehouse Supervisor

**MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB**

The purpose of this position is to ensure that inventories in the warehouse are managed accurately and effectively, along with ensuring timely fulfilment of all incoming orders and appropriate management of the warehouse.

**Reports To**: Bo Ekberg, Director of CUE Vapor Ltd.

**DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Schedule of Services**

The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to manage the inventory in the warehouse, including monthly inventory counts and management of sell by dates as relevant on the various products (using a First In First Out process). Inventory Management includes accepting incoming orders and managing the acceptance of these with our suppliers.

The Warehouse Supervisor is required to process orders daily, ensuring timely fulfilment of all orders. This includes picking, packing, and placing postage labels on all orders and liaising with various courier companies, including Royal Mail.

The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to ensure appropriate back-office administration and documentation of inventory counts, sundry costs and ensure that the warehouse, offices, kitchen and bathroom are always kept clean and that any unused materials or garbage are disposed of appropriately on a daily basis. The Warehouse Supervisor is also required to engage in Customer Service duties, including addressing various customer issues such as follow ups on orders.

**Other requirements / particulars of the job**

The Warehouse Supervisor will physically be alone in the warehouse; carrying out all duties by themselves. However, they will be in ongoing contact with various members of our organisation and regular visits by management will be made to the warehouse.

The Warehouse Supervisor must be very computer literate and understand online fulfilment systems such as for instance Shopify.

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
