A full time Cleaner/Handyperson position has become available to join our team at our 5 star holiday park.

We are looking for someone with cleaning experience that has a reliable work ethic that will complete the daily tasks in a timely manner and adhere to the high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Organisational skills and a methodical approach are an essential requirement for this post along with a customer centred focus.

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone that is able to work on their own and use your initiative to problem solve
- Be able to deliver maintenance tasks to set deadlines.
- Strong communication between colleagues to ensure minimum disruption when work is carried out.
- Be fully familiar with all health and safety, legislation related to your work carried out and park requirements.
- Be able to carry out some basic diy skills ( training will be given if necessary)

Additional pay:

- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- 35 hours per week 15 March - 31 October, 28 hour week November - March. salary stays the same throughout the year, during reduced hour period
- Days off in our open period Tuesday/ Wednesday (You Work Weekends)

Interviews will be carried outdoors, weather permitting. Alternatively a well ventilated room with social distancing measures will be provided.

- St. Andrews KY16 8PQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driving license (preferred)
