POD Talent is pleased of partnering with a great and well-established multinational cosmetic company, looking for a demand and supply executive to add to their expanding team in Harlow, Essex. Flexible and hybrid contract, with 3 days in the office.

In this role you will take care of different gifting categories for makeup and skincare, from production to delivery, keeping an eye on the stock availability and the forecasted sales, managing the orders from retailers and privates and maintaining goodcontact with all the parties involved.

This is a great opportunity if you want to have your chance in starting a great career in the Supply Chain and if you are a passionate person with great problem-solving skills.

What will you do:

- Regularly review and manage the inventory level, analysing the stock and monitoring the stock levels;
- Analyse the demand forecast accuracy and sales, maintaining adequate stock levels according to the category and the products required;
- Efficiently communicate with other departments, especially for Launches and Promotions.

What they are looking for:

- 6 months to 1 year experience in a junior supply chain planning position (with an ideal background in fashion and consumer goods);
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using vLookUps and Pivot Table;
- Great attention to detail and great problem-solving skills;
- The ability to work in a team and adapt to quick changes, establishing new priorities.

You will have the opportunity of shadowing a senior planner and learn on the job.
