RM Recruit are working in partnership with a brilliant organisation in the third sector who are on the lookout for a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full-time basis. This role is for circa 3 months and is based onsite at their office in Erdington.

Main duties:

- Processing invoices
- Raising of sales invoices to customer portals
- Credit control
- Aged Debtors
- Filing on shared drive
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting the finance team in ad hoc duties
- Responding to customer queries in a timely manner
- Liaising with suppliers & getting back dated invoices
- Drafting new account set up forms
- Updating the ledger
