As a Room Leader, you will lead a small team in providing exceptional childcare for children aged 0-4, while ensuring high standards and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. You will work in a beautiful woodland environment, where nature is used to enhance children's learning and growth.

We are seeking imaginative and self-motivated team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who are passionate about personal development and the outdoors. **To be considered for this role, you must have at least a childcare level 3 qualification and one year of room leader experience or the ability to step up to the role.**
