Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fryer to join our culinary team. As a Fryer, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fried foods in a restaurant kitchen setting. **Duties**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods, such as fish and chips, chicken wings, and onion rings
- Operate deep fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to perfection
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station area
- Assist with other meal preparation tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.50-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 13 - 40 per week
