**Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking a Store Manager in Yorkshire to work for a highly established Kitchen retailer.**

**This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Store Manager who has worked previously for a kitchen retailer or other furniture retailer to come in and take control of a growing Store.**

This is a permanent position paying up to £35,000 per annum + bonuses, on target earnings on £50,000.

**Store Manager duties will include**:

- Being responsible for recruiting, motivating and coaching your team
- Being a proven leader and demonstrating to the designers the key processes of sales
- Inspiring, driving and ensuring the showroom targets are met
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Assisting the Kitchen Designers with any queries they may have
- Working with Senior Management to ensure targets are met

**The ideal Store Manager**:

- Previous experience in Store Management and kitchen sales design is preferred
- Experience managing a retail showroom or store desirable
- Management of large teams
- In depth knowledge of the retail sales process
