Premises Assistant

My client is looking for a suitably experienced and motivated individual to join its premises team on a permanent basis.

A positive and energetic approach to day-to-day tasks and routine with general maintenance knowledge is essential to deliver comprehensive facilities and management services across the campus site.

Duties are wide ranging, involving internal and external clearing tasks to ensuring the site is maintained and presented to the highest possible standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in a range of premises duties.
- Flexibility in order to manage priorities effectively.
- Exceptional customer services skills.

The chosen premises assistant will work alongside the site supervisor in shifts to ensure the daily operational needs of each site can be fully met.

**Key Responsibilities**

These will include a wide variety of domestic tasks, integral to guarantee a safe, tidy and suitable environment for all stakeholders. They will also be involved in undertaking appropriate routine maintenance therefore demonstrating skills in a particulartrade would be an advantage.

**Shifts**

Salary £18,720 - £24,960 per annum. (depending on experience).

Full time - 40-hour week, 52 weeks per year.

The Trust is an extended services provider and therefore it will be necessary to schedule working hours between the operational hours of 6.30am and 10.30pm.
