**About Our Client**:
With extensive experience in the motor finance sector, we have collaborated with customers and business partners to create a high-quality, responsible, and innovative product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collections activity on all overdue active agreements
- Provide excellent service to all customers both internal and external and embrace the principles of Treating Customers Fairly
- Understand the key factors associated with significant vulnerability
- Recognise cases of significant vulnerability
- Negotiate recovery of outstanding payments with customers by identifying the reason for the overdue payment(s), to prevent contractual loss
- Influencing and negotiating with customers to ensure a satisfactory outcome for both the company and the customer
- Ensure call handling and service quality is maintained

Location: Chester Business Park (Site Based Role)
Monday - Thursday between 8:00 - 19:00 / Friday 8:00 - 18:00 / Sat morning 8:00 - 12:00 (at home once trained)

**Salary**: £22,000-£24,000 PA + **Company Benefits**
