**Leeds (Thorpe Park) / Hybrid - typically 2 days per week WFH**

As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a **Supply Chain Specialist **to our global team.

**OVERVIEW**:
The **Supply Planning** team is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels to support the sales demands in SharkNinja's rapidly growing European business. As our **Supply Chain Specialist, **you will interface with local Commercial Planning, Sales and Operations teams, and the Local Supply Planning function to facilitate smooth stock flow through the supply processes ensuring any resulting actions are executed by the relevant teams. This role would suit an ambitious individual at the start of their career, with good analytical skills who wishes to progress in a supply/demand planning role.

**Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do**:

- Ensure that Inbound containers are routed to DCs to enable stock to be in the correct DC for future orders and optimize the utilization of storage - escalate to the Supply Planning Manager any capacity constraints.
- Balance stock between B2B and B2C sub-inventories to enable both channels to achieve sales plan.
- Liaise and coordinate with Sales/Order Management/Inbound Logistics and Country Logistics teams to ensure transparent communication and smooth flow of goods from Inbound to Customer
- Provide reporting of KPIs to enable performance to be understood and highlight any blockages in the process.
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders across the organization to gather relevant data.
- Be the first point of contact for stock and Inventory queries.

**ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS**:

- Ability to multi-task and time manage independently; ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge/experience of operating within a Supply Chain/Planning function is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Good MS Excel and PowerPoint; Domo knowledge an advantage
- An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a dynamic, fun, fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented and collaborative approach. Proven results in building effective long-term relationships at all levels, internally and externally, and going the extra mile for customers.
- Ability to communicate for impact, both in writing and verbally.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a business environment
- Previous experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred.
- Experience in using BI system desirable (Domo or similar)
- Experience in using demand and supply planning software is desirable.
