**SDM Release Management - SC Cleared - Liverpool Hybrid - £540 a day**

You will join a global IT consultancy who are delivering digital transformation to a central government agency. This role focuses on release management and as such you will be a technical Service Delivery Manager with problem and release management experience who will work in a troubleshooting team to review, package and release significant problem record updates.

**+++ Due to the nature of the end client you will need to hold SC Clearance +++**

SDM with a real experience / background in Infra and Apps, needs to be able to jump into detail and manage client relationships.

**You will have strong experience in at least one of the following**:
- Data management and strategy.-
- Application and infrastructure controls monitoring design and implementation.-
- Asset Management.-
- Service Management/ Design/ Knowledge management and documentation.-
- Platform security, Data Protection and patching.***

**Your skills**:
- Strong IT Service Delivery experience.-
- Service level maintenance and service risk management experience.-
- Delivery and obligation control experience.-
- Understanding of ITIL framework.-
- Experience of leading teams.-
- Client management/communication experience, both technical and non-technical.-
