- To provide a high standard of care for all patients on the ward receiving a period of rehabilitation ensuring comfort and dignity are maintained at all times
- To support the ward team and patients to achieve successful rehabilitation outcomes by adopting and promoting an enabling approach to care
- To work flexibly and be willing to work on other ward areas as require
- To work under indirect supervision of the ward manager and undertake task and duties delegated by registered Nurses and Rehabilitation Support Workers
- To work collaboratively with the nursing team to meet the needs of patients, following policy and procedures.
