**Who are we looking for?**

We are now on the lookout for an experienced Transport Administrator to join our rapidly expanding Plant & Transport division here at the Head Office in Kearsley. Your main role will be to provide administrative support to the Transport and Plant function ensuring that all time critical elements are adhered to. As part of the daily brief, you will provide detailed administrative support in relation to the relevant suppliers, and records resulting in the efficient and legal operation of the company fleet. You will assist the Transport Manager with all Transport and Plant functions.

**Person Specification**

We want somebody who is confident, professional and courteous on the phone, and possesses great administrative skills. Daily updates will be required for the Transport team, along with reporting on any changes required.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Core GCSE qualifications or equivalent
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office
- Managing busy workloads

**Skills and knowledge**
- A good understanding of safe working practices / basic H&S requirements
- Very well organised and ability to manage records, APPS, and software programs.

**Personal qualities**
- Positive commitment to safety
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility of approach
- Commitment to business success
- Team player
- Conscientious, trustworthy, open and reliable
