Andover Mind is one of Hampshire’s leading mental health charities. As well as supporting people with mental ill health, we support people living with dementia and mild cognitive impairment and their carers. As a Dementia Advisor you will be part of our County Wide Carer Support and Dementia Advisor service. You will be delivering advice, information, support and signposting to people with dementia and their carers, with the aim of helping people to live long, healthy and happy lives, with the maximum possible independence. If you have a strong background in Adult Health and Care, with a knowledge of dementia or are from a similar background and feel you have the right skills and qualities to connect with others we would love to hear from you.

We offer ongoing training and development to all staff and 27 days holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays) rising to 30 days after 3 full years service.

**Location**: Hybrid working - Home based / covering rural areas of Winchester borders SO24, SO32 and Parts of SO21 Head Office is based in Andover.

**Hours**: 22.5 hours per week, flexible on working days

**Contract Type**:Permanent

**Salary**:£11.86 per hour, £13,876.20 per annum
