**Job Summary**

Breakfast cook wanted for a 4 star B&B, for weekend and bank holiday cover (possibly more) from 6.30am to 9.30am, maximum 20 covers a day.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- preparing and presenting hot and cold breakfast food items to a high standard for service;
- thorough cleaning and resetting the kitchen after service;
- ensuring the kitchen is clean and safe at all times; and
- stock control and rotation and ordering stock and putting deliveries away.

Applicants should have:

- at least 6 months catering experience preferably in a B&B context;
- good organisational skills;
- a good understanding of Health & Safety regulations;
- experience of portion control and ensuring all meals are presentable to an excellent standard at all times;
- excellent time management skills and be punctual and reliable; and
- good attention to detail.

References are required. Must have the right to work in the UK.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
