Marketing Apprentice

Lemon Tree Digital Marketing offers full-service marketing for small to medium businesses. They seek a Marketing Apprentice to aid in a variety of tasks including campaign execution, content creation, website maintenance, research, admin tasks, and report generation.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our team. This role will support in executing marketing campaigns for our clients.

**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Maintaining websites
- Conducting research and analysis to support marketing campaigns
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Maintaining ecommerce shop websites
- Assisting with the creation of marketing reports

We are a small agency, but we're growing fast. You will be working with and reporting directly to the owner.

**Skills**:Full on-the-job training will be provided, but you must possess the essential skills detailed below as a minimum.

**Essential**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A natural flair for design and aesthetics

**Desirable**:

- Familiarity with social media
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous experience with Canva or the Adobe Suite for photo/video editing

**List of duties**:

- Creating photos and videos for social media
- Writing social media captions
- Scheduling social media posts on social media management tools
- Researching and reporting on marketing trends
- Updating websites
- Attending photoshoots and taking behind the scenes content
- Planning themes and brainstorming ideas for clients
- Attending events to capture social media content.
- Participating in monthly team lunches and bringing new ideas to the table

Hours: 37.50 per week

Training Provided:
You will be required to attend Exeter College one day a week during term time working towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship.
