We are currently recruiting Part time Female Mental Health support workers to support an individual with Mental Health needs in the **Weston-Super-Mare **area.

**The Role**

We are committed to Equal opportunities. We currently have a great opportunity for dedicated Autism Support Workers to work with an individual who has a learning disability, autism and mental health support needs. The individual will be living on their own so we are looking for Autism Support Workers who can provide 360 wrap around support that covers all aspects of their life. The individual will be living on her own so we are looking for Support Workers who can provide 24-hour support throughout her day.

**To be part of her team she is looking for the following in a team member**:

- Are fun, polite, patient, happy, kind, and funny
- Driving is an advantage
- Be a good listener
- Like fun fairs
- Good cook
- Help me to keep my home clean and tidy
- Like or be happy to massage
- Like Kevin (my teddy)
- Be calm and stay confident when I experience times of distress

**She likes**:

- Rides - so you can join her, especially the waltzers
- Listening to jokes
- Singing and dancing
- Picking nice outfits to wear - pampering
- Playing board games (uno snakes and ladders)
- Having pampers - hair, make up, spa day, foot spa, nails painted
- Trampoline, bowling, cooking, baking, cloth shopping

**Schedule**:

- 12 hour shifts - 08:00 to 20:00 / 20:00 to 08:00
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Licence/Certification**:

- Autism (preferred)
- Driving Licence (**MUST**)
- **_Refer a friend bonus is payable at_**
- £125 once the referred individual has successfully completed their first shift.
- £125 once the referred individual has successfully completed their probation period.
