**Role**: Injection Moulding Toolroom Fitter

**Location**:Huddersfield

**Salary**: £12 - £15 per hour

XCL Group are currently recruiting for a manufacturing company based in the Huddersfield area. The client is looking for an Injection Moulding Toolroom Fitter to join their expanding team.

**The main duties of the job role will be, but not limited to**:

- Be responsible for the modification & repair of injection mould tools
- Manufacture and fit new injection mould tools
- Prepare new mould tools for production
- Toolmakers will make use of the standard grinders, millers, CNC and CAD software
- Use of CNC millers, wire eroding and spark eroding machines

**Experience**
- Must have experience in maintenance, repair and modification of injection mould tools
- Experience using high precision machine
- Should understand and have experience in fitting and assembly of complex mould tools including repairs
- Must have experience of manufacturing injection mould tools
- Have the ability to work to tight time scales without compromising quality and safety
- Experience in general toolmaking, manual milling, turning, grinding, EDM wire and spark erosion.
- CNC Machining experience is an advantage
- Experience of training/ working with apprentices would be advantageous

**Hours**
- 39 hours Monday - Thursday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
