The Department of Professional Healthcare Education team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team and support the delivery of training for international nurses undertaking the NMC OSCE.

**Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as ‘Priority’ and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.**

Assist with the delivery of the OSCE programme ensuring it is contemporary and responsive to service and patient pathway needs.

Support the OSCE programme delivery, content, structure and clinical competency development.

Facilitate the evaluation of the OSCE programmes and clinical skills training to determine the adequacy of existing curriculum, competencies and structure.

Work collaboratively with educational providers to ensure there is support for learners to reach their full potential, support learners with disability and learner development needs.

Promote and develop innovative approaches to develop the learner's skills within clinical practice.
