Energystore Ltd, is the leading manufacturer and supplier of Cavity Wall Insulation within the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth we have an opportunity for a full time production team member at our Lisburn/Derriaghy plant.

**Pay & Hours of Work**

**Shift pattern 3.00pm - 11.00pm Monday to Friday**

**The Role**

The position is to manufacture the insulation bead. The plant works within a shift pattern day, evening, night. This post primarily will be a evening _post_, but some flexibility will be required to cover day and evening shifts when required, there is also the possibility that weekend work will be required. Actual times to be agreed with Management.

**The Person**

Whilst not essential as full training will be given, knowledge of polystyrene bead production and manufacturing processes within the scope of ISO9001 would be advantageous. This position is very much a lone working position, working within a very small team, so the ability to work on own initiative to achieve set targets is paramount. You will need to have flexibility of working times

- Some recent experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good at problem solving and analytical skills
- Adaptable and works well under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to plan and organise shift.

- Computer literate in use of MS Office suite (essential)
- Current Driving licence and transport (essential)
- Forklift Licence an advantage
- Ability to travel
- The ability to work unsupervised and alone.
