Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Door Supervisor to join our team. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and customers. Your primary role will be to monitor access points, prevent unauthorized entry, and ensure the overall safety of the premises.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor access points and ensure only authorised individuals enter the premises
- Conduct thorough bag checks and implement security protocols
- Maintain a visible presence to deter any potential security threats
- Respond quickly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with other security personnel to effectively manage crowd control during busy periods or events
- Utilise loss prevention techniques to minimize theft or damage to property
- Operate CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to monitor activities on the premises
- Report any suspicious behavior or security breaches to management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
