We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Labourers to join our team. As a Labourer at GCR Construction, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction activities on-site. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or further their career in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist skilled tradespeople and site supervisors with various tasks
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools
- Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards
- Follow all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE
- Perform other general labour duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in construction or labouring is preferred but not essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
