We are currently looking for an **Early Years Practitioner** to support amongst nursery and reception classes in a mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Brent. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience within the Early Years sector and good knowledge of the EYFS framework.

**Details about Early Years Role**:

- Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- No weekends
- Term time, Long-term, Full-time
- £400-£500 per week (PAYE)
- Potential to be placed on teacher training programme
- Generous referral scheme
- Continuous support/advice from specialist consultants

**Responsibilities of Early Years Educator**:

- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Encourage learning through play
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with other educators to plan and coordinate activities and events
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and incidents
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns

**Skill Requirements for Early Years Educator**:

- Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Level 3 CACHE qualified
- Adept understanding of EYFS framework
- Behaviour management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards young children
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children and the program

**Salary**: £400.00-£500.00 per week
