**THE ROLE**

We’re looking to appoint an Electrical Stores Assistant to aid in the day-to-day running of our busy Electrical department. Supporting a range of exciting projects - both new and existing - the Electrical Stores Assistant will directly assist our Electrical Supervisor and ensure the smooth running of operations within the department. The role can be filled on a full

**The role responsibilities include**:
Organisation of all electrical components.
Stock control and monitoring.
Picking harness / sensor kits for internal as well as external use.
Booking parts out to jobs.
Creating orders for purchasing.
Communicating with our Goods In/Out department.

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

You should be well organised with a keen eye for detail; and be capable of prioritising busy workloads in a time-sensitive environment.

You should have good communication and teamworking skills; and work effectively whilst following direction as well as on your own initiative.

You should have strong computer skills, with an understanding of computerised stock control systems being an advantage.

Basic knowledge of electrical components and experience in a similar stock-related environment would also prove beneficial, although not essential.
