**Job description**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Managing and processing new customer orders in liaison with the Production/Operations/Office Managers
- Up-Selling from new orders placed
- Dealing with customer enquiries and sales support promptly and professionally
- Despatching, invoicing and route planning of customer orders in preparation for deliveries in liaison with the Operations/Office Manager
- Managing the drawing approval process with the customers for bespoke equipment
- Developing client relationships and liaising in a timely manner with updates
- Taking calls and dealing with them in a professional manor
- Escalating Business Development opportunities
- Customer relationship building
- Covering holidays for Sales Estimator including creating bespoke control panel estimates to tight deadlines and precision.
- Ensure all filing and other ad-hoc office duties are carried out

- Works well on individual tasks as well as in a team
- Communicates well with colleagues, Managers and Customers
- Strong drive to achieve deadlines and targets
- Commitment to learning new skills, products and company work flow
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills including Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
- ERP experience such as Sage or similar stock monitoring programme advantageous but not critical
