**Salary - £18,300 - £22,200 per annum - depending on skills and experience**

**About the role**

You will be reporting to the Empty Homes Area Manager, where you will deliver all works for Void Property within the group to assets and estates in a Value for Money and efficient manner, providing excellent internal and external customer service in line with business objectives, budgets and growth for the successful delivery of the repairs and maintenance works.

You will be responsible to encourage and support learning & development opportunities for Apprentices, integrated within the work experience provided by our company.

**About you**

You need to have the ability to clean and finish to a very high standard on a continual basis is absolutely essential.

You need to be very good/fluent verbal English and written English and have excellent communication skills.

You need to have basic numeracy and literacy skills and IT skills.

You need to have a basic understanding of Health and Safety.
